ΑΝΟΙΚΤΗ ΕΠΙΣΤΟΛΗ
Η ΝΕΑ ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΗ ΤΗΣ Κας María Ángela Holguín Cuéllar
Από την περασμένη Παρασκευή που ήλθε και πάλιν στην Κύπρο η Κα Ολκιν ερωτούμαστε αν έχουμε ζητήσει να τη δούμε για να εγείρουμε το θέμα των προσφύγων και εκτοπισμένων μας, οι οποιοι έχουμε βίαια εκτοπισθεί από τον Τούρκο εισβολέα το 1974 και να ζητήσουμε την αποκατάσταση των Ανθρωπίνων Δικαιωμάτων μας. Η απάντηση στο ερώτημα είναι ΟΧΙ. Δεν ζητήσαμε συνάντηση διότι η Κα Ολκιν δεν ευρίσκεται εδώ με εντολή του ΟΗΕ σύμφωνα και με τον Καταστατικό του Χάρτη για να επιληφθεί της ουσίας του Κυπριακού, την Τουρκική εισβολή , την κατοχή, την κατάφωρη παραβίαση των κυριαρχικών Δικαιωμάτων της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας , ούτε και της βάναυσης παραβίασης των Ανθρωπίνων Δικαιωμάτων και βασικών ελευθεριών εμάς των προσφύγων. Η αποστολή της είναι να εμπεδώσει στον κόσμο της Κύπρου τον εξευμενισμο του εισβολέα και το συμβιβασμό με την κατοχή και τις συνέπειες της. Η αποστολή της ειναι να αλλάξει το ΟΧΙ σε ΝΑΙ του κυπριακού Λαού σε νέα εκδοχή Σχεδίου ΑΝΝΑΝ, μάλιστα χειρότερης από εκείνη του 2004. Ευρίσκεται εδώ μάλιστα κατά παράκληση της Κυβέρνησης μας για να προωθήσει και Οργανώσει ΜΟΕ ως προπαρασκευαστικό μέτρο για να ξαναξεκινήσουν Δικοινοτικές Συνομιλίες ώστε να ολοκληρωθεί ο κύκλος των προσπαθειών και η «απαράδεκτη» κατά τον Πρόεδρο της Δημοκρατίας DE FAKTO κατάσταση να γίνει DE YURE, δηλαδή: να νομιμοποιηθεί το παρόν, άκυρο και παράνομο καθεστώς στα κατεχόμενα σύμφωνα με τα Ψηφίσματα 541 και 550 του Συμβουλίου Ασφαλείας του ΟΗΕ. Παράλληλα για να επιβραβευθει με ΔΔΟ η Τουρκία για την εισβολή και κατοχή της Κύπρου, καθώς και τα εγκλήματα κατα της ανθρωπότητας που διέπραξε στην Κύπρο, για τη διχοτόμηση της Κύπρου και το ρατσιστικό διαχωρισμό του Λαού μας.
Επίσημοι εκπρόσώποι των Ηνωμένων Εθνών πρέπει να αναλαμβάνουν αποστολές σε περιπτώσεις παραβιάσεων του Καταστατικού Χάρτη του ΟΗΕ με ευθύνη να προωθούν δράσεις και ενέργειες με στόχο την αποκατάσταση των παραβιάσεων του Καταστατικού Χάρτη του ΟΗΕ, οπουδήποτε συμβαίνει και ανεξάρτητα ποιος είναι που παραβιάζει τον Καταστατικό Χάρτη του ΟΗΕ. Τέτοια είναι η περίπτωση του Κυπριακού: κατάφωρη παραβίαση του Κατασατικού Χάρτη του ΟΗΕ με την Τουρκική στρατιωτική εισβολή, την κατοχή και την παραβίαση των Ανθρωπίνων Δικαιωμάτων και βασικών μας ελευθεριών και χρειάζονται μετρα για αποκατάσταση των παραβιάσεων και οχι ΜΟΕ.

The renewed mission of Madame María Ángela Holguín Cuéllar,
Since last Friday, following the return of Mrs Holguin we are being asked if we have requested to see madame María Ángela Holguín Cuéllar, in order to raise the case of the refugees and displaced people, having to do with the restoration of our Human Rights so brutally violated following our ethnic cleansing in 1974 after the Turkish military invasion and occupation of the North of Cyprus. The answer is No. We did not request a meeting, because, Mrs Holguin is not here with a mandate in line with the Charter of the UN, to tackle the invasion and occupation of Cyprus by Turkey, or, the flagrant violation of sovereign rights of the Republic of Cyprus, nor the flagrant violation of the Human Rights of us refugees. Her mandate is to promote among our people the policy of appeasement of the invader and compromise with the invasion and its consequences. Her mandate is to change the NO vote of our people to a YES vote to a new, worse version of ANNAN plan. That is why she, herself, or after she was advised to do so, she avoided us the last time she was here. She did not even answer our letters. This time she is here on a mission on the request of our Government to organize the CBM (ΜΟΕ) «games of 2025», as a prelude to the resuming of the bicommunal discussions in order to conclude the cycle of turning the current unacceptable, according to the president of Cyprus, DE FACTO situation in Cyprus into DE YURE, i.e. to legalize the current void and illegal by UN Security Council Resolutions 541 and 550, regime, in the occupied areas of Cyprus, thus rewarding Turkey for its aggression, crimes against Humanity, the partition of Cyprus and the racist separation of the population of Cyprus. The British-Turkish conspiracy, according to the British Foreign Office Documents, formulated for the partition of Cyprus in 1956, allocated to the UN the role to serve the people of Cyprus with the partition plan for easy acceptance. We urge Mrs Holguin to consider the historical facts and avoid to be the wrong-doer in the case of Cyprus and we are at her disposal for talks.
Accredιτed UN Officials should be assigned to missions having to do with the restoration of the rule of Law under the UN CHARTER werever it is violated and irrespective by whome. Such is the case of Cyprus: the brutal occupation of Cyprus by Turkey and the gross violation of our Human Rights, NOT the CBMs. It is a case of gross violation of the UN CHARTER and action is necessary to have the violations restored.
